Use these templates when you need additional formal documentation. Examples: confidentiality agreements with translators or transcriptionists; written permission from a school official to conduct research in a pre-K-12 setting.
You may provide the IRB Authorization Agreement (IRBAA) to another institution if you will work with a non-WWU researcher and rely on their institutional HRPP or IRB. Carefully read guidance on Ceding HRPP/IRB Oversight to Another Institution.
