How to login to CITI account

These instructions are for individuals that already have a CITI account. If you need to create an account, see the How to Register for CITI Trainings page.

1. Go to the login page of the CITI website.
2. Make sure you are using the "Log in" option (see screenshot below).
   • Note: WWU does not have "single origin sign on" (SSO) for CITI. 

3. Enter your username and password. 

• If you cannot remember your username, use the "Forgot?" button.
• To request a password reset use the appropriate "Forgot?" button. WWU Research and Compliance staff cannot reset your password for you.
